Supporting countries to conduct a structural readiness assessment of their enabling environment and map partnerships, existing tools, and gaps.
Supporting end-users to continue with life post Covid -1 9 vaccine and continue with life while taking health in their hands.
The project focuses on extending the use of information and communication technologies in design and planning of sustainable and scalable deployment of solutions that address health priorities in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Research Objective
Improve Vaccine Delivery and Immunisation coverage through planning, follow-up and reporting to support the most vulnerable population.
Evaluating the existing EcoSystem and previous efforts
Mapping and Matching Digital Health Tools - To understand the landscape and map tools to the underlying purpose such as Immunisation Tracking for the health centre, Learning and Training for health workers, Patient Monitoring for end users, Case Management for administrators, Supply Chain for logistics incharge.
Existing Services, Tools and Data Infrastructure - In particular mobility tracked through mobile networks.
An understanding of existing health initiatives at the national level or working towards deployment of such tools.Learning from the past - Delving into past lessons and actions that have impacted communities.
What change are we supporting at an individual and community level.
Key behaviour triggers for the personas - while understanding mindsets of a larger spectrum of users.
Desired State and Dips - Mapping current situation and the dips to reach an ideal or desired state.
Understand the State of mind using “Control Circles”
Using timelines for Action in the moment vs Action after Review vs Default to Status quo.
